How to place an order?

All you have to do is create an account, choose the product you want to buy, add it to the basket and follow the instructions that will be provided to you for the completion of the purchase.

What happens if my order has been cancelled?

Our stock is updated everyday, but and it can be that the product you chose is temporarily out of stock. In this case, you can either wait until the product comes back into stock or we can refund the total order amount through PayPal within 48 hours (weekdays).

Is the payment system secure?

PayPal payments are very secure and all information is encrypted during the payment process, either from your bank card or your PayPal account.

How does PayPal payment work?

PayPal payment proposes 2 options:

  • A classic payment like any secure payment platform that allows you to pay with your credit card.
  • A simple payment made directly from your PayPal account.
What is the delivery time?

The delivery time is 3 working days within the Spanish peninsula, within 5-7 working days to the Balearic and Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla and within 7-10 working days to European countries where our products are sold.

In which European countries are our products sold?

France, Belgium, Monaco, Luxembourg, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, Austria, Denmark, Slovenia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Poland, Czech Rep., Slovakia, Sweden, Switzerland.

What are the shipping costs?

All shipments are free. It includes compulsory insurance but excludes any taxes and fees that may be associated with customs clearance.

Is VAT included in the product price?

Unless otherwise specified, all prices include VAT.

What happens once I complete my order?

After you place an order you will receive confirmation by email. Once the total amount is deposited into our account we will proceed with shipment of the selected and paid product/s.

Why haven’t  I  received an order confirmation?

Some e-mail services incorrectly mark automated messages from our servers as spam. If you do not receive anything, check the spam folders first. You may have provided an incorrect email address, in which case you should contact us at info@deluxebookseditions.com to see if we have received your order.

Will I receive an official invoice for my order?

Yes, if you request it by sending an email to info@deluxebookseditions.com. You will receive the official invoice with the company name and VAT number in PDF format by email within approximately five business days.

I have not received my order, although the delivery time has passed.

There may be delays on rare occasions or in remote areas. Unfortunately, Innovant Publishing does not have any control over these issues. If there is a significant delay after the delivery time has passed, please contact us by sending an email to info@deluxebookseditions.com and informing us of your order number.

What is our return policy?

You have 14 days to change your mind after you receive the product.

How to request a refund?

If the content of your order is incorrect or arrives damaged, you are entitled to a full refund of the purchase price. If you want to return your order for any other reason, you will have to pay the shipping costs. To receive a refund, return the item or items within a maximum period of 14 days from the date of delivery and in the same condition in which it was received.
